We collect your email address only when you voluntarily provide it — for example, when requesting a PDF report, joining the Pro waitlist, or contacting us. We do not collect any personal data simply by using the EnTrans tools.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your email address to deliver requested reports and to send occasional product updates related to EnTrans. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal Basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can request erasure at any time by emailing hello@hette.org.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Basic server logs record anonymised access data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and performance monitoring. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not linked to personal identities.

8. Third-Party Services

The EnTrans simulation tool runs on Google Cloud Run. Computation requests are processed server-side and are not stored or associated with your identity. No personal data is transmitted to Google in the course of using the tool.
